Avocado Burger. Easy and tasty.
Preparation of the burgers with the
veg’ N Burger ready-mix
Cover packet contents with 200 ml of boiling water and stir well.
Let sit for 15 minutes.
Mix again slightly and, with moistened hands, form into 1-cm-thick burgers.
In a frying pan
Cover frying pan liberally with oil and heat. Fry the burgers over medium heat, until golden brown.
In a deep fryer
Heat the oil to approx. 320 °F (160 °C). Fry the burgers for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
Build the burger:
Slice tomato, onion and avocado each. Toast both halves of the burger bun in an oven. Spread the halves of the bun with Dijon mustard and overlay one half consecutively with a burger patty, onion slices, tomato slices, and avocado slices. Finally, cover with the upper half of the burger bun.
